The man Euiseo once believed—without a doubt—to be his savior had, in an instant, revealed himself to be a monster in disguise.

Unable to endure the abuse from the orphanage director any longer, Euiseo ran away. That’s when he found Gwonju, collapsed and bleeding from a stab wound. Euiseo saved his life.

Wanting to repay the man who had rescued him from death, Gwonju offered Euiseo a place to stay. Euiseo insisted it would only be for a short while. Still, when Gwonju warmly welcomed him into his home, Euiseo began to see him as his own savior.
