MRE | Side Story Afterword

Hello there.

The release of the side story was quite delayed, right?
I think I shouldn’t promise a specific release date in the afterword anymore…

The stories I originally prepared for the side story seemed like they’d be more fun if I naturally blended them with other couples’ stories later, so I decided to postpone them, which caused the delay.

Thanks to that, for this side story, I received keywords from anonymous readers (for which I’m really grateful) via SNS about what they wanted to see from the two main characters of <My Romantic Enemy> and wrote based on that.

In the first side story, I gave a sneak peek into who Lee Hyun is, what kind of life he’s lived, and what his weaknesses are, while also leaving a few hints for the next series.

And the second side story is… a short side story of pure 100% IF, a beast transformation AU that I haven’t released as a commercial side story before. It’s written purely for fun and is completely separate from the main story, but I hoped that the lingering regrets of the two characters from the first side story could be somewhat fulfilled in a parallel world.

If you enjoyed these two short side stories, I couldn’t ask for more.
