Chapter 20. In the library

In the training ground of the Duke of Arden’s knights, the flag with the black lion symbol, the symbol of the Duke of Arden, was waving.

The last place the two headed was the library, where Lepierre had come to select books to bring to his study. The place was filled with tens of thousands of books, and the moment she entered, she felt overwhelmed by the sheer size of the place.

Lian’s mouth literally dropped open. In Korea, she was a girl who loved books, and her only pleasure was reading romance novels, so this scene felt like a dream.

Warm sunlight came through the ceiling, and the stairs were installed in a whirlpool shape.

Lepierre was looking for the book he needed, and Lian was taking advantage of the opportunity to wander around and look around. She felt like she could stay here all day.
