Choi Soogyeom, a nameless actor who has been drifting between dramas and theater for five years.

He barely manages to get an audition for a famous director’s film, hoping to land even a small role, but before his most confident acting is even over, he receives the harsh criticism that “he can’t use acting that just imitates others” and fails.

While trying to soothe his bitter heart with alcohol with a friend, he watches a talk show starring the top star he admired, Yoon Yichae, and learns that the actor Yoon Sookyung, who has been continuously landing leading roles in TV dramas despite her somewhat lacking appearance and terrible acting skills, is Yoon Yichae’s younger brother.

Choi Soogyeom feels considerable disappointment and inferiority at the fact that the star he admired pulled strings to get his younger brother the leading role in the drama. Moreover, Choi Soogyeom discovers an article stating that Yoon Sookyung has been decided for the role he auditioned for, and falls into deep skepticism and despair.

However, not long after that, Yoon Sookyung suddenly dies in an accident on set.

This incident, which was clearly unrelated to Choi Soogyeom, unexpectedly twists his life in a big way…
