Taehwon lost a staggering ten years of his memories.

“Are you really Young Master Rae?”

“Do I seem like a fake?”

In place of the missing decade, all that remained for him was Kwon Rae.

A boy impossible to forget—with the stark white hair and bluish-gray eyes characteristic of albinism, the once fragile 10-year-old son of the boss.

“I’m an adult now, Mr. Taehwon. You can’t call me a kid anymore.”

Kwon Rae’s pale fingers pressed against Taehwon’s lips.

Startled, Taehwon forced his wounded body upright, glaring at Kwon Rae with gritted teeth, as if ready to devour him.

“It was assassination. It was betrayal.”

His body, refusing to move properly, betrayed him; every word Rae spoke felt like a lie, yet Taehwon, with no memories, had no choice but to deny it.

The reality was so absurd, so brutal, that it could only be rejected.

“The only way you survive now is by staying at my side.”

As if losing ten years overnight wasn’t cruel enough, Taehwon now realized those years had been lived all wrong.

He had committed an unforgivable, irreversible sin.

“Stay with me here, in this hideout. Even if you never regain your memories—it’s fine. I’ll take care of you, no matter what.”

Every time their eyes met, a fierce spark ignited—undeniable.

Kwon Rae was burning his very soul for Taehwon.

And Taehwon was destined to be swallowed whole, suffocated by the oncoming disaster.

“If you really wanted to escape—you should’ve slit my throat first…”
